By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Services and Products Offered
AfliBarber provides a range of services including, but not limited to, haircuts, massages, facials, and wellness treatments. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payments and Refunds
All payments for services must be made at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed at the point of sale. Refunds are only applicable if the service provided does not meet our quality standards or if there is a cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance. Refund requests must be directed to hello@barber.ae.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, if applicable, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Intellectual Property
All content on the AfliBarber website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AfliBarber or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from AfliBarber.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AfliBarber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
